MegaMineral Tea Blend

Nettles, Oatstraw and tops, with red clover and a pinch of stevia.  Prepare this tea as a quick cup or better yet as an infusion.  Add 1 T. per cup of water.  The longer the steep process the more mineral content will be imbued into the tea.  Enjoy daily!  Chill in refrigerator if not consumed immediately.
