I love sharing both my creations and my knowledge with you. Each delicious item is made with plant infused oils, essential oils, and other exquisite botanical ingredients. My journey began as a teenager struggling with severe asthma. When I found relief through herbs, it sparked a deep relationship with medicinal plants that eventually grew into this business. As a young feminist, I was troubled by the marketing aimed at women—suggesting our bodies were flawed and needed fixing at every stage of life. It sparked my passion to change this messaging. Early in my career, I created wild yam products as gentle alternatives to HRT while developing plant-based skincare that is free of chemicals, preservatives and low quality ingredients. This evolved into a line for "women of a certain age" —because our skin deserves products made with wisdom, respect, and intention. We will age. We must age, If we are not aging, seems to me we are dead.. Today, as well as offering personally blended skincare, I support women through menopause with thoughtfully formulated products and lifestyle guidance designed to empower, not "fix." Menopause is not a disease.
