These three combined products are great. My visits to the dermatologist to get ugly things removed has gone down to once a year for checkups. He keeps commenting on how beautiful my skin is. The sun damaging and marks are much lighter and show up less and less. I'm "older" where sun damage would be at it's worst and mine isn't. I'm grateful for this blend of support which has made a big difference for me! Thank you, Cynthia!

I have bursitis of the medial malleolus—a fluid- filled sac on my ankle that gets very painful. I roll the Releaf on around the lump and then gently rub it onto the bursa and into my skin before I put on a black cotton sock. I do this most days before doing 15000+ steps on a concrete floor at work and then again after I shower at night before I go to bed. The only reason I sometimes skip is because the Releaf has helped so much with the pain and swelling, I forget to put it on! The swelling has decreased by over 50 % and pain is rare.

The Releaf formulation has inflammation-reducing turmeric in it which gives it a pale yellow color. I put on a black cotton sock and wash my hands after so I don’t stain my white sheets at night—which has worked great!

Cynthia's Nourishing Nettle is so delicious iced on a warm summers day, or added to a milk or nut beverage and honey with some chai spices on a cold winter's night or cool spring evening. I love to infuse about one big handful in a quart boiling water, let steep overnight and then drink on it for a couple days, refrigerating what i don't drink the first day. It's great as a base with flowers like red clover, tulsi, mints and a little calendula for a refreshing iced tea on a very sunny day in the garden. Thank you, Medicine Woods!

I love this Bliss in a Bottle. It makes my face feel so smooth. It DEFINITELY reduces the appearance of lines on my face. I'm a gardener and I love being in the great outdoors and I don't always wear sunscreen. Bliss is where it's at for feeling moisturized and giving my crow's feet some love!

I have been using the Bliss Cream and toner as a staple in my skin care daily routine for years. It feels great on my skin and smells, in a subtle way, divine. I had 2 men, one I knew and the other I didn't come up to me and tell me what I smelled really nice. Never had that happen before.
Also, the coffee shop I go to, the owner who waited on me told me was skin was really nice and she wanted to know what products I use.

In the past i have used many products claiming to be pain relievers and found them to be helpful, not enough. Believe me, I've tried a lot! I have arthritis in my knee and in my thumbs. Ouch. I'm very physical, walk a lot, do yoga, all of which help. I am not one to use pharmaceuticals - the side effects are not worth it to me.

When i used Releaf, i was amazed, surprised and thrilled! I've only used it for 3 days AND i noticed a big difference immediately both in my thumbs and in my knees. I just bought another bottle. Ok, I don't know what magic Cynthia put in this formula AND it's amazing. I've been using CBD/THC cream - very high quality and it's been helpful. Releaf is more than helpful. I noticed almost immediate relief from arthritis pain in knees and hands.. Is it possible the pain is going away? I use it daily and have been since i purchased and received it 3 days ago. I drink this almost daily for the health benefits. I make it at night and heat it up in the morning and usually have a second cup at night. I like that it doesn't have any caffeine so I'm free to drink it anytime.
